Refund Policy

Overview

At Al-Maseer, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting and packaging every fragrance oil, and we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of fragrance oils, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@almaseer.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item (subject to our return conditions) and place a new order.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
