At Al-Maseer, we take great care in packaging and dispatching every order. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:
• Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) • Express Delivery (1–2 business days)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected delivery method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over a qualifying threshold.
We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by location and are typically 7–14 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Al-Maseer is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@almaseer.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Al-Maseer is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@almaseer.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
